Your Role:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with global clients, identifying new market opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to order fulfillment.
- Represent Zama at Domestic and international trade fairs and exhibitions, expanding brand reach and visibility.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.
- Oversee pre & post-shipment documentation.
- Coordinate with CHA's, freight forwarders, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless export operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with international trade laws and documentation requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently to make the cycle smooth.

**What You Bring**:
**Education & Experience**: BBA/MBA/Diploma in Foreign Trade, International Business, or Import/Export

(1-2 years experience preferred; freshers with the right mindset welcome).

**Skills**:Strong understanding of export documentation, sales strategies, and global trade regulations.

**Languages**: Fluency in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

**Tech Proficiency**: Hands-on experience with MS Office, AI tools, ChatGPT & data analysis.

**Mindset**: A proactive, problem-solving attitude with excellent negotiation and multitasking abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
