**Job description**

Executing pre - shipment, post shipment documents for Export consignment.

Co - ordination with supplier for cargo dispatch details Preparation of purchase order on software & send to supplier

CO- Ordination with CHA for file of shipping bill and custom passing of documents

Co - Ordination with insurance company for insurance of the consignment.

Co - Ordination with freight forwarder, shipping line for fates and booking. Instruction for release of B/L & AWB as per customer s requirements.

Co - Ordination with transporter as arrange vehicle for container stuffing. Preparation of ACD ,ISF,INS,final Invoice Sending shipment advise to consignees Preparation of Invoice, P/L, C.O., GSP, B/L,, Bills of Entries, Shipping Bills.

Classification of Goods as per HS Code List Types of Bills of Entries / Shipping Bills / Import Duty / Stamp Duty Calculations / AD Code / EDI Registration.

Follow up with shipping lines for Cargo ETA & IGM/Item NO. Provide regular status of cargo/container to consignee.

Regular maintenance of Import/Export Register. Preparing Docs for Foreign Remittance. Sending Pre - alerts & Manifest documents to Shipping Line.

Taking freight rate from shipping line and revert to the party

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
