About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Export Executive with strong knowledge of international trade and export documentation. The candidate will be responsible for developing international business opportunities, preparing quotations, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth execution of export processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with international clients to generate new business.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close deals.
  • Prepare and manage all export-related documentation (Invoices, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs for smooth operations.
  • Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain client records and prepare sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in International Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in exports and international trade.
  • Strong understanding of export documentation and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of international trade portals.
