About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Export Executive with strong knowledge of international trade and export documentation. The candidate will be responsible for developing international business opportunities, preparing quotations, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth execution of export processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with international clients to generate new business.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close deals.
  • Prepare and manage all export-related documentation (Invoices, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs for smooth operations.
