We are looking for a Tender Executive for Gurgaon Location.

**Salary up to 30k CTC**

**Minimum: 2years**

**Role and Responsibilities**:
1. Must have experienced in Government E-Market Place, Procurement & other Tend ring web portals, Driving Sales and business opportunities through

2. Taking Follow Ups, Comprehensive Tender Bidding and Payment Realization Management.

3. Must be able to add new Product/catalogue on GEM portal.

4. Must know how to upload invoice in GEM Portal & other E tendering portals.

5. Upload all documents carefully & freeze them as per tendering requirements.

6. Study documents and understand carefully the eligibility criteria, documents required and other terms & conditions

7. Prepare technical & financial bid &other documentation.

8. Should have the Knowledge of submission of Bids like bunch bid, Reverse bid, custom bid & Normal Bid & other E tendering portals

9. Should have Knowledge of Comparing Products and rates as per industries current trend.

10. Must understand vendor assessment, OEM and seller profile related requirements in GEM portal & other E tendering portals

11. Must understand legal metrology rules for listing a product listed in the portal.

12. Must have capability of finding new bids.

13. Should e-portal friendly msme portal gem portal e procurements

14. He should maintain all the documents for tenders

**Skills**:
**- Efficient verbal and written communication skills**

**- Must be organized and punctual**

**- Sound Experience on MS Office, G Sheets etc.**

**- Must have experience of at least 2 years of working on GeM Portal other E tendering portals - Analytical Skills**

**- Must have good experience of understanding language of tenders.**

**- Must have good experience into preparation of cost sheet.**

Pay: ₹10,047.40 - ₹30,000.00 per month
