**S/E/SE Sales Administrator**

**Your tasks**:

- Supports the account manager (Key Account Manager, Sales Manager)
- Supports the preparation and submission of quotations to assigned customer
- Manages pricing (RM and FG) of assigned customer
- Manages customer orders, invoicing and archiving
- Reconciliates incoming payments/invoicing in corporation with Central Function
- Tracks and allocates orders to production sites and prototype construction
- Maintains/updates commercial parts history in the system
- Distributes customer notifications
- Monitors copper update

**Your skills**:

- Level of education: University degree
- Experience : minimum of 2 years of experience
