**Your tasks**:

- Canteen Management
- Collect the number of employees that need meal
- Arrange the meal based on different shift time
- Define the layout based on the space
- Manage cooking equipment (Fix Assess)
- Company Car, Pool Car & Driver, Shuttle Bus Management
- Coordinate availability and planning of drivers to support plant running
- Governance of Company Car, Pool Car, Shuttle Bus in country plant according to company car guidelines.
- Planning of shuttle buses quantity.
- Planning of bus route and time
- Monitoring and management of the service according to planning and Contracts
- Guardhouse Management
- Define the capacity demands (how many Guardhouse people needed, shift, area)
- Monitoring of the service according to the Working Instruction and contract
- Maintenance of the green Areas
- Define the requirement of green area maintenance (space, frequency, material, resources)
- Monitoring and management of the service according to planning contract
- Sanitization Management
- Define the requirement (sanitization plan, material, resource.. )
- Validate the products used in cleaning according to LEONI Standard.
- Monitoring the Service according contract
- Dormitory Management
- Dormitory Capacity/Demands calculation
- Selecting right Dormitory location and services together with NPP Purchasing.
- Define the regulations of Dormitory
- Management of the service of dormitory provider or manage it by own.
- Uniform management
- Define Uniform Style (summer/Winter Uniform) according to LEONI Standard.
- Generate regulation of Uniform management. (calculate the qty needed and provide the Uniform to new operators)
- Management and control of stock level of Uniform
- Lockers/Locker Room Management
- Define Type of Locker
- Generate regulation of Locker Room management
- Calculate the qty needed and provide the Lockers to new operators
- Monitoring and management of space/locker free
- Kinder garden Management (if any)
- Generate regulation of Kindergarten management
- Involve service provider selection and nomination.
- Monitoring and management of service provider according to the contact.
- Parking Lots Management
- Define the regulation of Parking lots
- Monitor & governance parking lots running status
- Drinking Water
- Define the requirement (qty, layout, refill frequency/regulation, etc.)
- Monitoring and management of the service according to the contract

- **Experience**: an experience in a similar position is appreciated
