Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for imparting Knowledge & Skills to Sales team (BDMs, Sales Executives & Center/Branch Managers) to ensure their successful induction into the company, their roles and objectives.
- Responsible for giving all types of training to Sales team - Induction, Product knowledge, sales training, marketing training & soft skills training., ways in improving admission/collection target, lead & revenue generation.

- Preparing Daily effort metrics report for sales team
