
Customer Relationship Associate

We are looking for a Female Customer Relationship Associate to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. We’ll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills. Ultimately, you'll maintain strong relationships with our company's clients to boost our brand and profits in the long-run.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Customer Relationship Managemen**t: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, focused on building strong relationships and understanding their unique requirements. Proactively engage with customers to assess their satisfaction, address concerns, and ensure a positive experience with our ZPODZ.
**Needs Analysis**: Conduct thorough needs analysis for customers to understand their glamping business objectives, preferences, and specific requirements for Zpods. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet their needs and align with industry trends.
**Customer Service and Support**: Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the customer journey, promptly responding to inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns related to the ZPODZ.
**Account Management**: Effectively manage customer accounts, including contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and service level agreements related to ZPODZ. Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to ensure contract compliance and mitigate any potential risks.
**Business Analysis**: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, and product development, to align customer needs with our glamping tent offerings. Provide feedback and insights from customers to enhance products, improve service delivery, and drive customer satisfaction.
**Data & Records Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including communication logs, account information, and customer feedback related to Zpods. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize customer relationships.
**Requirements**:
- Speak English fluently and conversational in one or more local languages like Malayalam, Tamil & Hindi
- Should have driving license and good driving skill
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office is essential
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Strong customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and present ZPODZ effectively.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry, including trends, customer preferences, and industry dynamics.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
