Job Summary:
As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will be the main point of contact for customers and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with them. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customers are satisfied with the company's products and services, and that their needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, answering questions and providing assistance as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction with the company's products and services.
Ensure that all customer inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions using the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and make recommendations to management.
Qualifications:
Any Degree
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Customer-focused with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude.
Knowledge of industry best practices for customer service and customer relations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
