A Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a retail store. They are responsible for:

- Ensuring the store runs smoothly and effectively
- Managing the store's assets
- Planning, managing profit and loss
- Handling cash at the store
- Collating daily sales and other necessary reports
- Ensuring that the store is free from pilferage
- Hiring, firing, and managing staff
- Facilitating customer service
- Meeting sales and financial goals
- Motivating sales teams
- Creating business strategies
- Developing promotional material
- Training new staff

Retail Experience is Mandatory (Min 1 to 2 Years)

Should have a minimum 1 to 2 years of knowledge in fashion and trends and should have good communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
