**ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE/ COLLECTION**

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor restaurant account details for non-payments, delayed payments.
- Following up with restaurants via telephone and mail, and get pending payments done.
- Maintaining records for pending payments of various cities and locations.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies, develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts
- Escalate problematic accounts to concerned City head and Finance head.
- Maintain accounts receivable restaurant files and records
- Use of accounting software to create spreadsheets and reports
- Setup an A/R aging report in QuickBooks to track payment status of all accounts, which helped the collections team identify billing issues earlier

**Requirements**:

- Any Graduate B.COM/BBA/ MBA-Finance/M.COM
- Excellent Communication skill
- Comfortable with traveling within the city and to different cities as well.
- Relevant Experience: 1-2 Years.
- Full knowledge of MS office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Dlf Phase 3, Gurgaon, Gurgaon - 122002, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
