Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts receivable and conduct debtor follow-ups across ageing buckets.

Drive timely collections by engaging with clients via calls, emails, and regular follow-ups.

Collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAMs), sales, and finance teams for prompt resolution of invoice disputes.

Perform billing reconciliation; investigate and coordinate with internal teams to resolve mismatches.

Maintain and update daily/weekly collection trackers; present summary reports to leadership.

Support preparation of P&L impact reports concerning ageing debtors and uncollected revenue.

Conduct client-level analysis to identify risk exposures and implement corrective actions.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between billed invoices, delivered services, and received payments.

Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

2+ years of experience in accounts receivable/collections, preferably in an E-commerce or Logistics setup.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in Excel and financial ERP systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
