We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our company as a Finance & Operations Executive to drive financial success and operational efficiency in the fast-paced D2C (Direct-to-consumer) industry.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Finance Related**:

- Managing and optimizing vendor payments
- Assisting accounts team with monthly reconciliations, GST invoices and other miscellaneous tasks.
- Checking warehouse & shipping invoices for weight charged, zone mapping and any other discrepancy in the invoices with an objective of minimizing the shipping costs.
- Making sure that appropriate claims to Warehouse & Shipping partners for any damages/wrong product delivered/fake delivery/fake attempts etc. are raised and settled within the agreed timelines.
- Assisting accounts team in Annual Financial Reconciliations and Audit Queries.
- Assisting accounts team in maintaining monthly stock reports for all warehouses and manufacturing partners.
- Monitor monthly cash inflows and outflows to ensure sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations.
- Forecast short-term and long-term cash flow requirements based on upcoming expenses, receivables and payables.
- Financial analysis as and when required.

**2. Operations Related**:

- Interacting with customers and solving their queries related to dispatch and delivery.
- Ensuring smooth and error-free deliveries of our products to customers by coordinating with customers and logistics partners whenever required.
- Promptly attending to escalations from courier partners, managing NDRs and minimising RTO orders.
- Managing various channels including our website and other prominent marketplaces and ensuring that they run smoothly at all times.
- Working on miscellaneous operations projects that might be required from time to time.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
