2. Industry Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of the building material industry, especially the major players and competitors.

3. Strategic Analysis: Assess potential counters and retail outlets to determine their viability for association with Lamiwood.

4. Persuasive Communication: Engage in assertive and influential communication to encourage channel partners and dealers to prioritize Lamiwood's products.

5. Business Development: Conduct in-depth background checks and industry analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential channel partners.

6. Branding: Persuade dealers to allocate prime space for the branding and display of Lamiwood's wood flooring products.

7. Marketing-Driven Sales: Employ marketing strategies to drive sales and ensure revenue growth.

8. Reporting: Regularly report to senior management on sales metrics, opportunities, and challenges.

9. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
