We are looking for an experienced supervisor to join our team in Bajaj Allianz Life insurance company As a supervisor, you will be responsible for strategic and operational business development.

**Responsibilities**:
1.Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
Identifying new revenue opportunities
2.Building business relationships with current and potential clients
3.Attending networking events to attract and retain clients
Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business
4.Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation
Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
5.Collaborating with management on sales goals
6.Support the team with other responsibilities as required

7. Should be able to handle team and solve their problem
Education requirement Minimum graduate
Soft skills required
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience in managing and growing sales teams
Excellent multitasking skills
Ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary

19000 -35000 +Incentives

Working days

Monday to Friday ,

Saturday Sunday fixed off

Working Hours

11AM -5:30 PM

Work from office job

**Salary**: ₹19,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
