- **SUPERVISOR Duties And Responsibilities**

A team Supervisor has to perform a variety of duties to ensure that the team operates smoothly and work towards achieving the company’s objectives. Here are some of their essential duties and responsibilities:
Setting their team’s goals and communicating them effectively

Developing and implementing plans and strategies

Delegating responsibilities to team members according to their expertise

Resolving internal conflicts and boosting up the team’s morale

Using key metrics to keep the track of team progress

Managing and allocating the team’s resources

Guiding and training the team members

A Supervisor is responsible for managing the workflow and training new hires on how they can best serve customers and teams of employees. They also create schedules that keep everyone busy with deadlines met to prevent gaps or downtime while giving direction and feedback about what needs improvement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹19,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
