As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our business and managing teams of 4-6 individuals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Supervise and support teams of 4-6 individuals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain quality standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and professional development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management or supervisory roles, preferably in the logistics or related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of operational processes and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
