We are looking for a Content research executive in Biotech, Medical Devices and Therapeutics with high proficiency in the English language (preferably English as a first language, such as the USA, Europe and UK) and who can work with us for our clinical research, writing and editing services. to join our growing team. **Job Role and Responsibilities**
- Content research executive play a vital role in TT group’s business model and assisting us in undertake focused research, write compelling conference programmes and associated copy,
- Research and analyse the feasibility of developing potential conference topics into commercially viable events.
- Write content, marketable conference programmes based on research.
- Research potential topics to be address in the conference agenda through secondary research.
- Researching industry-related topics and deliver plagiarism-free content.
- The correctness of content, terminology, flow, transition, and coherence.
- Assist senior staff with op-ed research and writing for mass consumption.
- Manage the laboratory and biorepository against KPIs and metrics.
- Incorporate both qualitative and quantitative research approaches into research efforts.
- Design data collection forms and procedures for research projects.
- Collect and analyse AM build data, including in-situ process monitoring data.
- Attend internal strategy and staff meetings, including research meetings with collaborative programmatic departments.
- Communicate and present findings to key stakeholders and management.
- Oversee and perform recruitment efforts, electronic health record clinical data curation, and abstraction.
- Participate in webinars, conferences, and other opportunities for sharing of research findings.
- Work on collaborative teams including product design, software engineering, and clients to realize the strategic goals.
- Participation in the design implementations and evaluation of research studies.
- Provide high-level background and technical guidance to staff, partners, journalists, and donors.
- Advise internal teams on appropriate custom research offerings for campaigns/sponsorships.
- Manage workload and multitask to hit deadlines.

**Core Competencies**
- A Post Doc/PhD/Master’s degree or expertise in Biotech, Medical Devices and Therapeutics industry
- Research/writing experience and preferred certification in academic writing, editing, publishing, dossier report writing, evidence-base report for policy development, scientific communication, journal article writing, etc.
- Knowledge of the different style and conventions followed in academic and scientific writing.
- Excellent writing and editing skills and attention to detail (prior writing experience would be great).
- You have a pro-active, positive and ‘can do’ attitude.
- You are fun, ambitious and a learner.
- Great communicator, with good listening skills and comfortable on the phone.
- Multi-task through highly effective organisational skills.
