Job Description**:Content Research and Social Media Specialist**

**Location**: Nashik
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Role Overview**

**Key ResponsibilitiesContent Research & Creation**
- Research trends, news, and updates in the Indian startup ecosystem, including funding rounds, market insights, and entrepreneurial stories.
- Create original, well-researched content in various formats (articles, infographics, videos) tailored for startup founders and enthusiasts.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to create visually appealing content.
- Build a database of reliable sources for startup-related information.

**Social Media Management**
- Manage and schedule content across all major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook).
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to grow followers, drive engagement, and enhance the brand presence.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster community engagement.

**Analytics & Optimization**
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
- Optimize content strategy based on insights and trends to maximize engagement and reach.

**Startup Ecosystem Engagement**
- Identify and connect with influencers, thought leaders, and key stakeholders in the startup space.
- Stay updated on events, webinars, and workshops in the startup ecosystem and create relevant content around them.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in content research, creation, or social media management (startup ecosystem knowledge preferred).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creativity and ability to craft engaging and unique content.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
