We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Paid Ads Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing all paid ads on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will work closely with our graphic designer to create engaging and visually appealing content for the ads. Additionally, you will play a key role in suggesting and implementing social media strategies to maximize the reach and effectiveness of our campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, run, and manage paid ads on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the graphic designer to develop compelling visual content for the ads.
- Recommend and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive targeted traffic.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve desired results, including conversion rates, click-through rates, and return on ad spend.
- Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging social media platforms.
- Utilize pixel integration to track and measure the success of campaigns, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Stay informed about the latest features, updates, and best practices for social media advertising.
- Maintain regular communication with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the website development team to ensure seamless integration between social media ads and our Shopify and WordPress websites.
- Assist with graphic design tasks as needed, creating visually appealing graphics and images for social media campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing social media paid ads, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in creating and managing paid campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong understanding of social media advertising strategies, including audience targeting, ad formats, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the graphic designer and other team members.
- Familiarity with Shopify and WordPress platforms, including the ability to navigate, update, and integrate ads into these platforms.
- Basic knowledge of website development and HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Familiarity with pixel integration and data tracking tools to measure campaign performance.
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for design to ensure visually appealing ad content.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
