COURRIER MANAGEMENT: DISPATCH REGISTER

CROSS CHECKING OF ALL ADMIN RELATED PURCHASE INVOICES

UPKEEPING OF OFFICE EQUIPMENTS AND DISTRIBUTION OF ELECTTRONIC ITEMS AS AND WHEN NEEDED WITH PRIOR APPROVAL

EMPLOYEES MANAGEMENT (BIOMETRIC PUNCH REGISTRATION, LATE DEDUCTIONS,

COMP OFF, PL APPROVAL WITH PROPER LEAVE APPLICATION FORM, OVERTIME OF NURSES AND OT TECHNICIANS)

MAINTAINENCE OF HOSPITAL BY GETTING ALL CIVIL WORK DONE AS AND WHEN NEEDED

COORDINATING WITH CORPORATE HR AT HEAD OFFICE REGARDING EMPLOYEE REALTED ISSUES

RESOLVING PATIENTS’ COMPLAINTS AND ENSURING PATIENTSATISFACTION. OPTIMIZING PATIENT'S SATISFACTION BY REDUCING WAITING TIME, ENSURING CLEANLINESS AND STAFF COURTESY.

ENSURING PROPER FLOW OF FILE MOVEMENT FROM RECEPTION TILL EXIT OF PATIENT.

PAYMENT AND UPDATION

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
