- You’re responsible to Process Loan Disbursements for Bilateral & Syndicated loans. Disbursing funds on Pricing Options i.e. Prime & Libor. You will Obtain approval from Risk per the Ops Delegation of Authority. Also Perform Settlements with Investors/Syndications_
- Collaborating with Risk, Closing and Onboarding team to understand the Loan structure of upcoming accounts_
- Responsibilities_
- _Updating Collateral Records at regular intervals to ensure the correct Loan availability_
- _Calculating Loan Availability/Excess Availability to find out the DOA applicability_
- _Handling Fund backs for Bilateral deals_
- _Verifying Investor/Syndicated Agent/Customer Payment Instructions for accurate disbursements_
- _Adherence to processing deadlines established to ensure compliance with service level commitment_
- _Meeting all Industry regulatory requirements and Bank policies_
- _Performing Loan Rollovers/Renewals to maintain sub ledger integrity_
- _Processing Loan Conversions & Disbursement to report out correct receivables_
- _Ensuring Pricing Options adhere to set rates i.e. Prime or Libor_
- _Verifying various Rollover requisites such as base rate Rounding Clause, Loan Tenure, Maturity Date etc._
- _Setting up Interest payment dates if Libor contract is greater than 90 days_
- _Highlighting exceptions to Risk_
- _Processing various cash collection transaction in sub ledger i.e. Interest, Fee, Principal payment etc._
- _Settling accrual discrepancies between Bank records, Syndicated agent, Customer etc._
- _Communicating with Risk/Investors/Customers to resolve daily operational queries_
- _Making sure Cash Collection Cycle is in sync with Loan docs_
- _Ensuring adherence to Cash policy_
- _Generating Payoff Quotes and Performing Deal payoffs to terminate loans in Sub ledger_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Bachelor of Commerce_
- _Expertise over Borrowing Base Certificates_
- _Good in Calculating Loan availability_
- _Sound Understanding of Credit Agreement_
- _Good Sub Ledger Reconciliation Skills_
- Preferred qualifications_
