**_ Responsibilities_**:
**_ Respond to customer inquiries and problem critical issues_**

**_ Provide support for data collection to enable Audit function._**

**_ Maintain a detailed understanding of client process and policies_**

**_ Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis._**

**_ Should be very proficient with SAP (OTC module)_**

**_ Should have indepth knowledge of Order Management_**

**_ Qualifications_**:
**_ Minimum qualifications_**

**_ Significant experience in Contract Admin/ Order management_**

**_ B.Com_**

**_ SAP knowledge_**

**_ End to End OTC knowledge_**

**_ Preferred qualifications_**:
**_ knowledge of Master Data_**

**_ Basic knowledge of MS office_**

**_ Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills_**

**_ Problem solving skills with customer centric approach_**

**_ Strong English language skills (verbal and written)_**

**_ Attention to detail._**
