Adept in managing construction activities involving in-construction inspection, team building, and co
- ordination with internal depth.
- Provide safety training to New joiners & Contract Labour on regular basis.
- Provide refresh safety training time to time need basis.
- Coordinate Mock drills for fire & Rescue, earthquake, road accident etc.
- Prepare Task Risk Assessment and Method statement of critical activities.
- Prepare in the multi-disciplinary Task Risk Assessment team for the plant areas especially for

hot work permits, Work at heights & Confined space entries.
- Conduct/coordinate tool box talks on a daily basis & before critical tasks.
- Provide safety induction for company employee’s workers, conduct toolbox talk, safety meetings

and safety walkabouts to enhance the occupational health and safety standards.
- Ensure 100% PPEs within the plant.
- Prepare accident, incident reports recommending corrective actions resulting from

investigations and conduct periodic follow-up.
- Prepare inspection and maintenance schedules of safety equipment’s.
- Supervise lifting activities and compile & carry our toolbox talks, as necessary.
- Check the work permit is complete and signs ensure safety precautions mentioned in permit is

fulfilling before start the work.
- Identified the hazardous, like critical lifting, confined space activities and hot work in the process
- Prepare & implement onsite emergency plan, first aid facilities and safety signs.
