**Job Title: Site Supervisor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Monitor progress and performance against project milestones and budgets, providing regular updates to management.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Resolve any site-related issues promptly and effectively, ensuring mínimal disruption to project timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, material deliveries, and labor utilization.
- Train and mentor junior staff and laborers to promote a safe and productive work environment.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools on-site.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in **Railway **construction, specifically with under bridges or low height subways.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and construction management software.
