Job Title: Office Operator/Assistant (Onsite Kumbh Mela Camp Office)

Location: Allahabad/Prayagraj (for Kumbh Mela 2025)

/Project-based (minimum 6 months)

Job Summary:

- ⁠ Manage operations for Kumbh Mela 2025 event office
- Attend walk-in queries of all persons visiting site office
- Coordinate with event supervisors for resolving queries of clients and vendor
- Create challans and dispatch order for all dispatches
- Maintain record of work orders and other bills
- Support day to day operations of fast paced site office
- Record data and inventory
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the event office

**Requirements**:

- ⁠ ⁠Graduate degree
- ⁠Over 1 year of experience in events/ Site office operations
- Fluency in Hindi (essential) and basic English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment
- Required to work on weekends and late hours in a high pressure environment
- Fooding and Lodging to be provided by the company

This is an onsite role which can be further extended to full time room.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
