**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations on the construction site; ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews and subcontractors, providing clear instructions and support.
- Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety meetings to promote a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of project activities, including material and labor requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work progress, materials used, and labor hours.
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly to minimize disruptions to project timelines.
- Train and mentor junior staff and laborers, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in construction management preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in **Railway** construction, specifically with under bridges or low height subways.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety practices, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in MS Office and construction management software.
