**Job Purpose**

The Field Boy / Rider will be responsible for handling deliveries, pickups, document submissions, and other field-related operational tasks, ensuring timely and safe completion of assigned duties.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect and deliver company documents, materials, and parcels to clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Assist in bank-related tasks such as cheque deposit, cash withdrawal, and document submission.
- Coordinate with the operations team for the safe transport of medical equipment parts (where applicable).
- Maintain proper records of deliveries and pickups.
- Ensure the vehicle (bike/scooter) is well-maintained and complies with safety regulations.
- Support in basic office and field-related errands as assigned.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic rules.
- Time management and punctuality.
- Polite and professional communication skills.
- Ability to handle documents and company property responsibly.

**Qualification & Experience**
- Minimum 12th pass or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (freshers can apply).
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.

**Other Requirements**
- Willingness to travel within the assigned city/region.
- Physically fit to perform field tasks.

**Employment Type**: Full-times
