**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing Management**:

- Create, update, and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, Tata 1mg, etc.), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Work closely with the product and inventory teams to ensure product availability and accurate product information.
- **Order Processing & Customer Service**:

- Monitor daily orders, ensuring timely processing and dispatch.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipping, and product details.
- **Data Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track and report on key performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversions) to identify areas of improvement.
- Assist in preparing regular performance reports and recommend strategies to enhance sales and improve user experience.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Coordinate with the inventory team to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent stock-outs or overstocking issues.
- Assist in preparing inventory reports for the management team.
- **Customer Feedback & Improvement**:

- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback.
- Suggest improvements based on customer feedback to enhance the e-commerce experience.
- **Payment Reconciliation**: Monitor and reconcile payments from e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate transaction records.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in e-commerce or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, Tata 1mg ).
- Basic understanding of SEO and analytics tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Analytics.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Positive attitude and an eagerness to learn and grow in the e-commerce field.
