Excellent understanding of Mainframe Batch Processes, Batch Monitoring, SLA Management & experience in handling critical production issues.
- Experience supporting in a 24x7 model is mandatory.
- Good experience in Analyzing, fixing, escalating critical batch abends.
- Excellent understanding of entire development process, including specification, Coding, documentation, and quality assurance.
- Knowledge in software development methodologies/processes, design, implementation, and documentation.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while participating in team collaboration
- Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to support 24x7 on call rotation.
- Ability to learn new programing languages as necessary.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing team environment
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language in a business environment.
