**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Sales Calls**: Make targeted calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
- **Lead Conversion**: Convert inquiries and leads into sales by providing detailed product/service information and addressing customer concerns.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls to prospective customers and ensure a seamless sales process.
- **Market Feedback**: Collect and share customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and implement successful campaigns.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer behavior.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Fluency in [English, Hindi].

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong sales acumen and a proactive approach to achieving targets.
