**The Role: Production Operator**

As a Production Operator,you will be responsible for operating production equipment, performing manufacturing processes, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards in pharmaceutical production. You'll work in a collaborative team environment, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to produce pharmaceutical products of the highest quality and purity.

**Responsibilities**:
Equipment Operation**:Operate production equipment, such as reactors, mixers, granulators, and packaging machines, according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.**
- **Manufacturing Processes**: Perform manufacturing processes, including blending, milling, drying, compression, coating, and packaging, while adhering to established quality and productivity standards.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct in-process checks and inspections to ensure product quality, integrity, and compliance with specifications, and report any deviations or abnormalities to supervisors.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed production records, batch records, and logbooks, documenting production activities, process parameters, and equipment maintenance activities as required by regulatory requirements.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Adhere to safety guidelines, protocols, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues, and report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors immediately.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency and productivity in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: B.sc(Chemistry),B,sc in any stream. Technical training or certification in manufacturing or pharmaceutical production is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a related field is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions, perform tasks accurately, and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.
- Teamwork: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
