Operators- Production for Formulation Plant

**Position**: Operators - Production
**Number of Positions**: 5
**Work Location**: Nandigama, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor production equipment used in the manufacturing of pellets and MUPS (Multiple Unit Pellet System).
- Adhere to production schedules and ensure compliance with quality standards and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
- Handle raw materials, intermediates, and finished products as per SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of production activities.
- Participate in routine cleaning, calibration, and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Assist in process optimization and ensure mínimal wastage during production.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with the quality assurance and maintenance teams as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma / Degree in relevant technical or scientific fields.
- B.Pharmacy or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical formulation industry, specifically with pellets and MUPS.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
