**Job Title**: Office Administrator/Manager

**Overview**:
Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including correspondence management and record maintenance.
- Organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences, including arranging logistics such as venue booking, catering, and travel arrangements.
- Assisting with human resources tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining employee records.
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, record-keeping, and benefits coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Identifying and resolving operational issues and inefficiencies to improve office productivity and efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in office administration or management.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
