**Vacancy for Sales Executive**

**Who We Are**

Stainox Alloys Pvt Ltd is a premier distributor with over 40 years of expertise in the steel industry. We specialize in trading, stocking, and distributing stainless steel flat and long rolled products, including sheets, plates, coils, and pipes.

**Position - Sales Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Identify potential customers through research and lead generation activities.
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet the company’s criteria for sales opportunities.
- **Sales Process Management**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Present and demonstrate the value of products to prospective buyers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Manage customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve any issues.
- Follow up with clients to ensure product satisfaction and to identify opportunities for upselling.
- **Sales Targets and Reporting**:

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in material or industrial sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Highly motivated with a results-driven approach

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
