- Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, receipts, Sales Order etc
- Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Generate various types of reports detailing accounts receivable status
- Knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of CRM software

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Planning, monitoring, analysing, and troubleshooting data generation.
- Must be proficient in advance Excel i.e.VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot, Macros, MIS
- Reports maintaining data as per the requirement of Management.
- Good Data Management and Analytical skills.
- Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
- Interpreting briefs and creating reports and presentations for meetings
- Create and maintain Management reports including end-of-month, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Generate and distribute management report in an accurate and timely manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
