Job Title: Accounts Receivables Executive

Years of Experience: 1 to 2 years

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Generate and send accurate and timely invoices to customers.

Follow up with customers to ensure timely collections of outstanding payments.

Record and reconcile customer payments in the accounting system.

Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to customer accounts.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and account information.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve any billing or payment-related issues.

Prepare and analyze reports on accounts receivables status, aging, and collections.

Assist in month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and financial reporting.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as applicable accounting standards and regulations.

**Requirements**:
1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an accounting or finance department.

Basic accounting knowledge, including an understanding of accounts receivables processes and principles.

Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.

Moderate typing skills for data entry and invoice generation.

BCom/CA aspirant or a relevant bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in financial records.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with night shift work and willingness to work during those hours.

**Salary**:
The salary for this position ranges from 2 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum) to 2.5 LPA, based on qualifications and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
