Key Responsibilities:

- Confirm customer orders and provide timely updates on order status and delivery information.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders, including exchanges, returns, and redressals.
- Collaborate with shipping partners to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by being prompt, friendly, and professional in all interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and orders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer support processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or e-commerce is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
