**Key Responsibilities**:
Listen actively to customers' concerns, diagnose issues, and guide them through problem-solving steps.
Provide clear and concise explanations of Tally software features, functionalities, and troubleshooting procedures.

**Technical Troubleshooting**:Identify and resolve software-related issues, including installation, configuration, and usage problems.
Analyze error messages, logs, and system information to diagnose and rectify technical glitches.
Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.

**Issue Resolution**:Document customer interactions, issues, and solutions accurately in the support ticketing system.
Follow standard procedures for issue resolution and document new solutions to contribute to the knowledge base.
Ensure timely closure of support tickets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

**Product Knowledge**:Stay updated on the latest versions and features of Tally software.
Continuously develop expertise in Tally functionalities, configurations, and integration with other software solutions.

**Training and Guidance**:Offer remote training sessions to customers to enhance their understanding of Tally software.
Provide step-by-step guidance on using various modules, generating reports, and managing accounts.

**Feedback and Improvement**:Collect feedback from customers regarding software usability, bugs, and suggestions for improvements.
Collaborate with the development team to communicate user feedback and contribute to the enhancement of Tally software.

**Customer Relations**:Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and support.
Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
