Seeking Female Front cum Office Coordinator for Travel Industry for South Delhi
Job Title: Female Office Coordinator
professional, and customer-oriented Female Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring positive guest experiences.
**Responsibilities**:
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry as needed.
Collaborate with department to create smooth functioning of office operation or work environment.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced and high-pressure situations.
Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate with Pleasant Personality
Previous experience with Front Desk or Office Coordination.
