We at Grameen Foundation India are looking for a Field Executive for a large-scale Agri project.
**Position: Field Executive**
**Location: Shahajahanpur**
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Mapping of villages, crops clusters and carry out baseline and diagnostic study.
- Identification of potential farmer for FIG, Local Resource person and business facilitator, potential farmer’s SHGs and other farmers groups for mobilization in FPOs.
- Mobilizing farmers for the promotion of FPO and conducting village level meeting Mobilizing women farmers to be members and Board members in FPOs.
- Formation and assist in the process of registration of FPOs.
- Conducting shareholder campaigns and support the CEO/Board members in collection of share money and a fair election of Board of Directors of the FPOs.
- Supervise, monitor and guide the Local Resource Person (LRP) for proper implementation of the project as per the timeline Initiation of statutory process required for formation of FPO like attainment of PAN, DIN of Directors and work with the FPOs board and the management team.
- Assist the CEO in ensuring regular BoDs meeting and AGM as per the statutory norms.
- Assist the FPO in maintaining the books of records including statutory compliances and accounting.
- Ensuring issuance and distribution of share certificates to the shareholders as per the timeline.
- Assist BoDs in obtaining various licenses required to conduct the business activities.
- Development of business plan of FPOs and estimation of the surplus available with the help of LRPs.
- Exploration of the market for the produce available with the FPO (locally as well as buyer from other districts/state).
- Assessment and organizing need base training of BoDs and CEO and conduct various training for their capacity building.
- Coordination with various local government departments (agriculture, horticulture department, local UPDASP office, KVK, mandi, etc.).
- Organizing exposure visits and demonstration on improved agriculture practices.

**Required Education & Experience**:
- He/ she should have 1 to 5 years of experience in the agriculture domain, particularly in farmers and FPO capacity building. Knowledge and experience in FPO capacity building.
- The minimum qualification B. Sc. Agriculture.
