Responsibilities

1. Receive material/bought out items/ spares indent from various project teams and assign

them to purchase register

2. Float inquiries among registered vendors for material/bought out items/ spares

3. Collect 4-5 quotes and sort as per techno-commercial requirement

4. Present the information to top management for procurement decision

5. Clarify / Seek clarification on any queries

6. Negotiate with vendors

7. Provide indent to accounts to issue purchase order with proper T&C

8. Evaluate vendors on quarterly basis

9. Provide prices as needed

Experience

1. 3 years experience in procurement within fabrication industry, specially catering to process

equipment and structures

2. Knowledge of materials like MS/SS/Aluminium

3. Proper way to store and retrieve data

4. Willingness to work independently

5. Systematic and detail oriented

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
