**About the Company**

John Galt International is a 45 year old heavy diversified fabricator based out of Badlapur, Dist Thane. We are a national award winning Defense Equipment Supplier registered directly with all 3 armed forces. We also manufacture process equipment such as storage tanks, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, reactors, and structural equipment such as girders, pre-fabricated structures, mining equipment.

We have 3 units in Badlapur totaling 15000 sq meter of fabrication space. We are TQM certified and are a young team of 20 engineers and 250 workmen. We are constantly looking to expand our headcount, projects and geographic coverage

**Post - Purchase Executive**

Reporting to - Jt. CEO

Minimum Experience - 3 years

Location - Badlapur

**Responsibilities**

1. Receive material/bought out items/ spares indent from various project teams and assign them to purchase register

2. Float inquiries among registered vendors for material/bought out items/ spares

3. Collect 4-5 quotes and sort as per techno-commercial requirement

4. Present the information to top management for procurement decision

5. Clarify / Seek clarification on any queries

6. Negotiate with vendors

7. Provide indent to accounts to issue purchase order with proper T&C

8. Evaluate vendors on quarterly basis

9. Provide prices as needed

**Experience**

1. 3 years experience in procurement within fabrication industry, specially catering to process equipment and structures

2. Knowledge of materials like MS/SS/Aluminium

3. Proper way to store and retrieve data

4. Willingness to work independently

5. Systematic and detail oriented

**Salary - Up to 30k per month**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
