**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Data Calling to seek the Opportunities.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a positive image of the organization.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meeting rooms.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, Data Calling,filing, and photocopying.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; reorder supplies as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Liaise with other departments to handle requests and relay messages effectively.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and issuing invoices.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to management as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
