**Job Summary**:
The Scanner Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing the scanning operations within the organization. They are tasked with ensuring the efficient and accurate scanning of documents, images, and other materials, while adhering to established procedures and quality standards. The Scanner Executive will collaborate with various departments to streamline document management processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of scanning equipment, coordinating repairs or replacements when necessary.
- Monitor scanning processes to ensure accuracy, image quality, and data integrity.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Salary**:
INR 15,000- 25,000/-.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in document scanning and management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Familiarity with various types of scanning equipment and software.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and team management skills.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
