**Stock Reconciliation**
- Perform physical stock checks to ensure alignment with stock register and software.

**Maintain Minimum Stock Level**
- Monitor minimum stock levels of materials based on established inventory levels.
- Periodically review minimum stock levels with the Plant Manager.
- Generate raw material requisitions in consultation with the Plant Manager.

**Receive Raw Material**
- Ensure received raw materials align with purchase orders and suppliers' invoices.
- Verify that quantities specified in the Raw Material Receipt (RMR) match the purchase order and address discrepancies with purchasing.
- Follow all documentation processes, including Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and issue entries.

**Raw Material Storage**
- Assign code numbers/lot numbers to all raw and packing materials.
- Ensure materials are stored in allocated spaces, marked for identification, and regularly checked.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the storage area, with proper relabeling conducted regularly.
- Keep daily and regular drum tear weight records.

**Quality Control of Raw Material**
- Collect samples of raw materials for quality approval and submit to the QC department within 1 hour of receipt.

**Issue Raw Material**
- Issue raw materials for production according to the Material Requisition Form received from the Production Assistant.
- Maintain daily entries in the Issue Book and record issues in the Tech Office.
- Regularly check and maintain the Stock Register Book, ensuring accurate records for Modvat and non-Modvat materials.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
