**Job Role**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management
- Maintain up-to-date stock records in both physical registers and Excel/ERP systems.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to avoid damage or loss.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and raise alerts for replenishment.

2. GRN (Goods Receipt Note) Management
- Accurately create GRNs for every material received at the site/store.
- Ensure all received materials match the Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Challan (DC), and Invoice.
- Coordinate with the quality and procurement teams for inspection and approval before GRN generation.
- Maintain GRN records and share the same with the accounts and purchase departments.

3. Material Handling & Documentation
- Issue materials to departments/projects based on approved Material Issue Slips (MIS).
- Maintain daily inward and outward records in Excel and/or inventory software.
- Prepare reports like stock-in-hand, slow-moving items, and daily stock updates.
- Label and tag materials systematically for easy identification and retrieval.

4. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with purchase, accounts, project teams, and vendors for smooth material flow.
- Update purchase and finance teams regularly on received goods and stock positions.
- Assist in audit processes by providing all necessary documents and reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word - able to create spreadsheets, track inventory, prepare GRNs, and generate reports.

Working knowledge of inventory management software or ERP systems (preferred).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Good communication and coordination skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Minimum HSC / Graduate (Commerce, Logistics, or related fields preferred).

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory managements.

Knowledge of Excel is mandatory.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
