**Job description**

Sales Associate you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and maximizing revenue generation for the company. You will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives, optimizing sales processes, and leading a team to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Your expertise in sales acceleration techniques, data analysis, and leadership will be instrumental in driving the company's success

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in both English & Malayalam
- Should be able to interact with clients
- Calling on Leads and taking appointments and meeting them in person
- Strong knowledge of latest marketing, sales and business concepts
- Should be a self-starter, with an ability to achieve predetermined targets and deadlines while managing self
- Participate in the company’s marketing and promotional activities, attend exhibitions and conferences.

**Other Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Should have two-wheeler with driver's license and clean driving record
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on revenue generation and sales acceleration
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make strategic recommendations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
- UK shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
