Role and Responsibilities About the role

We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as an Associate - Sales to join our Marketing Department.

Your main goal is to provide excellent customer service and to promote Senior Living throughout India & Abroad. The goal is to generate and convert leads in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention and to meet their expectations.

As an Associate, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions regarding the product or service provided by the company.

In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them. You are required to understand the customer’s requirements and demands and close the sales deal efficiently. You are also required to write down important information provided by the customer and follow up with them on a regular basis.

**Roles & Responsibility**
- Making phone calls to potential clients from data provided, online data, or any other sourced data.
- Perform script with necessary alterations to ensure maximum appointments
- Answer potential clients’ questions
- Generate 5 warm leads per day
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules
- Maintain computer, telephone, and other equipment
- Communicate any problems, concerns, or questions of clients
- Always communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers

**Requirement -**
- Any degree with 0 - 1 year experience in telemarketing
- Preferably female with good communication skill in English and Malayalam

Location - Kochi

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
